What is Delivify?

Delivify is an online app portal aimed to provide one-stop one-click solution to your entire necessity needs. Delivify offers services that include delivery through all the products as published, in Malta. In addition, Delivify also delivers you quick eatables to overcome your hunger pangs as well as certain products that are small but adds to your cropped urgent needs. These products could be found under “Delivify” SOS category.

How does Delivify work?

Enter your area, merchant name or menu item & choose from choice of merchants available for you. You can choose either food or products offered under various categories as per your need and desire. Enter your details and Delivify will do the rest of the work for you!

What kind of restaurant do you have under your services?

We have a wide variety of restaurant selections offering various cuisines such as, Chinese, Indian, Italian, American, French and many more.

Can I order beverages?

Yes of course! You can check the online menus under the respective restaurants for their beverage list. You can also order your favorite beverage from our Beverages Category and SOS category.

How do I know if my order got through?

You will receive a confirmation email or a call confirming your order and thereafter receive updates through SMS.

Can I choose items from multiple restaurants in a single order?

You can order from more than one restaurant but unfortunately you are unable to combine the items from multiple restaurants in a single order. You will require separating orders for each restaurant.

Can we customize our order and not strictly based on menu?

Yes, you can add special instructions for each item that you have ordered and we will convey the details to the restaurants. For example, you can put “Extra Spicy” or “I don’t want onions” or “Kindly make my food without Salt, as I will add it later”.

What is your price range like?

The cost of your meal depends on the number of items that you have ordered. We have restaurants for everyone, so just browse and we are sure you will find a restaurant that suits your needs. We are just about the right price on our other products too; you will always see that we are competitive on the pricing in comparison to your urgent and varied needs.

Are there any extra delivery charges? If yes, how much are the charges?

Yes, unless the merchant accepts to offer free delivery.

Is your site secure? How can I be sure?

Our website is secure and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. We never hold any credit card information in our system and we ensure that every order goes out to the restaurant correctly so, no fear, we will take good care of your details.

What are your payment methods?

We accept both Cash on Delivery and online payments. We are working on other payment methods to make your experience better.

How long will the delivery take?

Every outlet you choose has an approximate time mentioned to it, this includes the preparation as well as the delivery time. In an unavoidable situation we will keep you informed through our customer service about any delays that make occur. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a SMS and email confirmation. We recommend you to order food well in advance and mention the time when you want the order to be delivered.

Do you still deliver during heavy rain?

Yes.

Where is my food? Who do I call to check on my food?

You can track your orders by clicking on you the order tracking button.

How do I cancel my order?

Yes, you need to contact our customer care via live chat any time before you have received the order confirmation email. Once the restaurant has confirmed your order, it will depend on the restaurant.

How do I make changes to my order?

Chat with us and we can change your order for you. However if the food has been prepared or the delivery has been dispatched already, we will be unable to make the changes to your order.

How many email or SMS will I receive? Why I have received multiple SMS or emails?

We keep order processing transparent to our customers by communicating every stage of the order processing.

There are 4 steps involved:

Step 1: Placing an Order

Step 2: Order Confirmation by restaurant

Step 3: Delivery of the Order

Step 4: Completion of the Order

What if the delivered items are not as ordered?

There may be times when an error could happen either by the merchant or by the Delivery boy while giving you the parcel. We recommend that you should go through your delivery checklist with the delivery boy to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing or incorrect, please contact us on info@delivify.com.

What if the delivered food quality is unacceptable? How do I get a refund?

Delivify facilitates the food delivery, SOS products but we are not responsible for the preparation / cooking / delivery / ingredients / quality of the food. If you're unhappy with the quality of the food, please contact us on info@delivify.com and we will try our best to compensate as appropriate and as soon as possible

How do I provide feedback?

We really appreciate your feedback and we strive to incorporate all your suggestions and feedback for future orders. You can leave your suggestion/feedback on our Contact Us section.

How do I sign up for a Delivify account?

Click on the Register button, which is located on the top right hand side of the home page. Fill in your details as requested before clicking ‘Register’. Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation email to the registered email address.

Is there a membership fee when I sign up for a Delivify account?

There is no membership fee.

What if I'm not at home when the delivery boy comes by? Will they redeliver?

You will receive a confirmation email and a SMS from us, stating the delivery time of your order so please arrange for someone to be home before 15 mins when the delivery is expected. Unfortunately, redelivery is not possible.

What is the Return/ Exchange Policy on the Products you carry?

In cases where You, as the customer, decide you want to return the product purchased or make a claim concerning a product/service purchased, this should be dealt with directly with the Merchant whose name appears on the receipt of the product/s provided.

Should the Merchant accept the return or claim, and accept to refund (full or partial), it has the right to decide the refund method to use (card refund, cash or store credit).

Hence all products purchased via the platform are subject to the refund policy of the Merchant.

It is imperative that You, as the customer, check the product/s before signing and accepting the goods delivered in fulfilment of the order and payment made.

There are no refunds under the SOS Category.

How can I know if the products under the health category are genuine?

All our product partners are thoroughly analyzed. We work only with genuine partners who are reputed and large brands.
